Refunds will not be provided for a change of mind, non-attendance, or a participant's decision to discontinue.

Duplicate payments, incorrect charges and cases where Risevestors cancels or cannot deliver a purchased service will be reviewed separately and resolved in accordance with applicable law. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.
